Following on from a successful 2018, Luke Harris, Managing Director of Harris Evolution is continuing to grow the property refurbishment and development company even further for 2019. There are several key focus areas:
Further growth within the educational and hospitality sectors
2018 was a productive year with student accommodation, especially Universities throughout the UK. The ability to meet tight schedules within budgets has proven to be the crucial element when being successful on these tenders. Large chains and bespoke hotels have used our range of services and we have already been awarded several contracts for 2019 through the capability of our team working during opening causing minimum inconvenience.

Procurement and Tenders are a speciality.
The business has increased revenue through successful tenders within the private and corporate sectors. The procurement process has enabled Harris Evolution to be competitive with larger companies and successfully achieve continuing projects through a reputation of delivering honest quotations.
Luke said, “Our tender applications are regularly successful and this year they will continue to be one of our key areas. We have grown as a company and have proven that our mission statement remains the backbone of all our projects. It gives us great fulfilment to receive referral work from such large clients.”
Property Development
Started in 2017 we have recently completed several property renovations and currently have apartments available in Weston-super-Mare. This year will see the company expand further in this field with future conversions starting shortly.
Company Director, Dean Houghton, said, “We have had a lot of interest in our recent apartments and have several developments planned for this year. Our aim is to create stylish homes that provide the ideal space and atmosphere, finished to the highest of standards.”
Charity of the Year – Children’s Hospice South West
Last year Harris Evolution ran events in aid of the wonderful charity, Children’s Hospice South West, including organising a race evening which was a huge success. This support will be continued throughout 2019 with events being announced shortly.
Luke Harris, said, “We feel that CHSW work so hard with families throughout the South West that we want to offer any support we can. Last year we managed to raise funds for this worthwhile cause and plan to increase this for 2019.”
