Liam Hebblethwaite

Liam joined Harris Evolution in 2022 as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and provides commercial support to the project team.  He has a HNC in Construction and Built Environment and has extensive experience in the residential, education and hotel sectors.  Drawing on his detailed knowledge of compliance and financial controls, Liam works alongside our delivery team to support a number of our blue chip clients and private developers on a mix of sites including residential, hotels, care and student accommodation.

Liam started his career working for a national property maintenance company, where he worked on a wide range of schemes from small retrofits to complex multi-site refurbishments.  Some of the clients within his portfolio included Premier Inn, Aspire Housing, and Keele University.  During this time, Liam progressed from the role of Maintenance and Administration Assistant to Quantity Surveyor after completing his  studies.
