Adrian Fry

Adrian is an accomplished Contracts Manager with a multi-trade background including Project Management, Site Management, Plumbing and Maintenance Engineering. Having worked in the Construction Industry since 1981, Adrian has built up a strong network of reliable suppliers and subcontractors, and is well rehearsed in delivering complex, fast-turn around projects in live environments.

Over the years, Adrian has been responsible for the delivery of a wide range of projects in the UK and overseas for various blue chip organisations such as Focus, Dixons, PetCity, Tescos, Coop and McDonalds to name a few. He has also worked with public sector organisations (MOD , Stroud District Council and Bristol City Council) and acted as the maintenance engineer for various private sector clients including McAlpine, Persimmons, Crest, and David Wilson.

Adrian joined Harris Evolution in 2023 as a Site Manager and oversees our student accommodation and commercial refurbishment projects. Drawing on his extensive experience, Adrian supports our delivering team, undertaking site management, health & safety inspections and contracts management.
