The Site Manager role is to oversee operations on a day to day basis, and ensure that work is done safely, on time, within budget and to the right quality standards. Applicants need to hold good knowledge of construction, commercial refurbishment industry and preferably have experience but we are open to a trainee if the candidate is appropriate.
The Estimator role is predominantly to source, prepare and submit tenders, however, an element of preparing bills of quantities on projects will be part of the duties of this role. Ideal candidates will be comfortable with the procedures of tendering through online quoting portals and have previous experience working as an estimator and/or QS on projects and tenders. Practical experience of working on public and private sector contracts valued between £15k and £10 million is also an advantage.
