As the schools across the country reopen, our summer works are now ready to welcome the students of 2020/2021.
With schools and universities across the county set to reopen from the 1st September 2020, Harris Evolution has had a hectic summer with our annual schedule of refurbishment and renovation works, moving into schools, colleges, academic institutions and universities up and down the country.
Our projects were varied and diverse, encompassing building refurbishment, property maintenance, LED lighting (to name just a few services) and flooring works. All in a total period of 12 weeks, with each project averaging just 8 weeks.
Over the course of this summer, our teams have refurbished student accommodation of over 1000 bedrooms, studios, and shared kitchens throughout the UK. Our teams have also been working on all the associated communal and study areas, with extensive interior and exterior redecoration, LED lighting and flooring work across national educational institutions ready to welcome students back after the summer.
Director Dean Houghton said: “With students due back to resume their studies in September, Harris Evolution faced extremely tight timescales to complete all the projects on time but we pride ourselves on getting the job done on-time and right first time.
We are committed to delivering innovative yet practical education builds, renovations and refurbishments that inspire. With every project we undertake, we always look forward to the final stages and always aspire to the moment we hand a project back having made a difference to the future of all those living in the new environment.
We hope all the students enjoy having these much-needed new spaces and wish them a fantastic new academic year ahead for 2020/2021.
