Seamless planning meant our client could sleep at night
We were delighted to showcase our expertise of the leisure refurbishment sector when we were asked to upgrade the 4th and 5th floors of the Holiday Inn in Cheltenham. The knack, of course, is carrying out all the work without disrupting the hotel or its guests. It can be tricky, but luckily it’s something we pride ourselves on.
The work itself was quite challenging given the tight time frame. It consisted of new flooring for all bedrooms, redecorating, installation of TV units, fake chimney breasts construction, electrical upgrades and complete bathroom refurbishments. No small task.
Given the time restraints, planning was absolutely essential. One little oversight could mean a blown deadline and an unhappy client. It wasn’t easy, as additional interior works were added to the list all the time. But we couldn’t let our client down, so we worked around the clock to bring the project in on time. Whatever it takes to get the job done – and done well.
