Craig Arathoon
Head of Operations
Craig is a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) and has over 10 years experience project managing refurbishments and new build schemes within the retail sector. He is SMSTS qualified and has an NVQ Level 6 in Construction and CE Management.
As our Head of Operations, Craig is responsible for overseeing the delivery of a range of projects within the purpose-built student accommodation and residential sector. He is also the principal lead for several of our blue-chip clients.
Over the years Craig has delivered a wide range of projects for some of the largest high-street brands in the UK, including Co-Op, ASDA, Superdrug, M&S, Tesco and Amazon. From minor works, to complex design and build developments, to multi-site roll-out schemes, there is no project too big or small for Craig.
